In 2016 we experienced a nasty situation where our income dropped sharply because the pound dollar exchange rate dropped from about 1.60 to about 1.2.  The result was we were unable to fulfill all our obligations to our youngsters. We decided then that we needed to make our ministry more sustainable. To do that we decided to build up a portfolio of reserve investments to ensure that never again do we let down any of our youngsters because of financial lack. Before taking youngsters on we will make sure we have the funds to pay for our programme for them.
